Application check your step activity count in last half hour and in the last 2 hours and alert you if you are moving to little.
Dayly recommended step count is around 10,000 but a lot of sedentary people are not doing this every day.
Still a minimum of 4000 steps/day is strongly recommended for everyone.
Even more is important that the activity is evenly distributed during the day. IT IS NOT OK TO SIT 8 hours in a chair and afterwards run for 1 hour.
YOU SHOULD MOVE every half hour. Even 1-2 minutes of movement makes miracles.
Application uses pedometer sensor while in background and can affect battery life.
